The 4mm ultimate grip mat is made to provide comfort and cushioning while giving the ultimate grip allowing you to achieve your next level performance. Our ultimate grip mats are made using non-toxic materials and eco-friendly ink. This yoga mat has a non-slip top layer to help hold you in your pose with a thick biodegradable natural rubber base for stability. At 183cm x 66cm it is longer and wider than regular yoga mats. Our ultimate grip mats are delivered in 100% recyclable minimal packaging.

This is the perfect mat for all levels of yoga but especially if you are a beginner and need extra support or if you are advanced and trying to expand into the more difficult poses.

No, but it will enhance your experience and allow you to easily take this mat wherever you travel! The lightweight design of these mats certainly does not take from the durability!

    I absolutely love my grip mat, I have 3 of them, one for teaching in my studio, one to use at home for my own practice and one for teaching outside. It's by far my favourite mat. The grip is excellent for yoga and they dont slip on the floor and feel beautiful to flow on, I can honestly say I wouldn't buy anything else! Although this is a standard 4mm mat, it provides great cushioning for the weak knees and wrists, reducing the pain and discomfort without compromising the grip. Plus the design is simply stunning!     I’ve been practicing yoga for many years. This is a beautiful mat with good grip. However, after reading a few reviews prior to my purchase, I was under the impression that this mat would be relatively lightweight. It is quite heavy, actually, which is a bit of a bummer. Overall a good mat, though.

    As a yoga teacher I can’t commend this yoga mat enough. It is durable aesthetically beautiful and super grippy. I would recommend this mat for beginners in particular because of its grippy surface. It is a great all round mat that I think everyone would benefit from!

Designed to give the ultimate grip and cushioning throughout your practice. Suitable for all yoga styles and levels. Our mats are made using sustainably natural rubber. They are non-toxic and and PVC free.

Care Details
Always roll the mat with top of mat side facing out. To clean apply soap to a damp cloth and then wipe down the mat. We recommend using a gentle oil-free soap & warm water. This mat is not machine washable.

Top layer: 100% polyurethane resin
Bottom: 100% rubber

Care Instructions
Always roll mat with top of mat side facing out. Rolling in opposite direction can damage mat surface.
Wipe top of mat with a microfiber cloth after use. If using solution, apply it to the cloth first; do not apply it directly on the mat. We recommend using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap or vinegar & warm water. Mat is not machine washable.
To protect the top of the mat, try to avoid having lotions or rings on hands or feet before practice. Avoid cubbies or storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark.
