Please allow us 24 hours to process your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Standard European Orders are delivered in 3 working days, international orders will take between 4-6 working days.

Duties & Taxs

International Orders outside of the EU are shipped using Aramex. HOLDEReight cannot be held responsible for any duty’s or tax’s incurred by the customs of your country outside the European Union.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your new items but if not we will provide a full refund for purchases that are returned within 15 days of receipt. All original packaging must still be on the product. Please email us at helpme@holder8.com to process your return. All returns must be sent to

Used, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon receipt of returned goods HOLDEReight reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements

Please be aware we do not issue prepaid shipping return labels and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
